河北迁西县板栗产业化发展研究
摘要
我国农业产业化的蓬勃发展，是农业和农村经济进一步市场化的要求，它对于降低农业经营成本，获取规模效益增加农户抗风险能力，以及实现农村劳动力合理转移都具有重大意义。
本文主要研究河北省迁西县板栗特色农业的产业化发展，根据调查研究和实地考察，论述迁西县在进行产业化发展中如何大力发展自己的先天优势：例如迁西板栗悠久的发展历史，独特的适合板栗生长的自然条件。迁西板栗产业化的不足之处主要有产业化水平低，没有发挥品牌效应，虽有品牌但不是知名品牌，资源开发利用不合理，农业和加工业没有形成规模。其次，运用学过的规模经济理论，对农村的土地利用和加工企业的并购进行分析，阐述规模化的定义，实行规模化的必然趋势，规模化的意义，并重点写到了规模化的模式。最后，文章写到产业化组织的制度模式，主要阐述如何实现生产、加工、销售的有机结合.龙头企业和农户之间的关系是重点，也是难点。如何大力发展龙头企业，是首先要解决的问题，本文最后论述了发展龙头企业的制约因素和相应的对策，并得出结论。本文写作的目的就是实现有效的利用现在的资源，达到农民增产增收，企业不断壮大的愿望。我的家乡在迁西县，应为家乡的建设出一份力，并且与板栗有十几年的感情，故写此文。

Research on the Chestnut Industry Development of Qianxi County of Hebei Province
Abstract
Agriculture industrial production vigorous development in china is agricultural and the rural economy further marketability’s request, it have the great significance on regarding reduces the agriculture management cost, gaining scale benefit increases the peasant household anti-risk ability, and realizing the rural labor force reasonable shift.
This article mainly studies the chestnut characteristic agriculture and the industrial production development in Qianxi County which in Hebei Province.Discussing the development of Qianxi County’s congenital superiority vigorously in the industrial production development according to the investigation and study : For example the tradition consecrated by Chinese chestnut glorious development history, the most favorable natural condition for growth.The Kiensi Chinese chestnut industrial production deficiency mainly is the industrial production level was low and have no displayed the brand effect. although has the brand is not the well-known brand.The resources development use is unreasonable, the agriculture and the processing industry have not formed the scale.Next, analysis the countryside land utilization and the processing enterprise's merger and acquisition by operations research economies of scale theory we have learned.Then elaborated the definition, the inevitable trend, and the significance of formalization.Finally, the article writes about the industrial production organization the system pattern, mainly elaborated how realizes the production, the processing, the sales organic synthesis.Between the main item enterprise and peasant household's relations are key, also is the difficulty. How develops the main item enterprise vigorously is the question which first must solve.This article finally draws the conclusion about the development main item enterprise's restriction factor and the corresponding countermeasure. This paper is aimed at the realization effective use present resources, achieved the farmer increases production additionally receives and the enterprise expands unceasingly.I should make the construction strength for my hometown because my hometown in Qianxi County.Therefore, I writes this article for the sentiment with the Chinese chestnut several years.
