1 总则
1.0.1 为规范石油天然气站场的阴极保护技术要求,特制定本标准。
1.0.2 本标准适用于新建石油天然气站场的埋地钢质管道、金属设施的阴极保护设计、施工、验收及运行管理。已建的石油天然气站场的阴极保护可参照本标准执行。 1.0.3 本标准不适用于大型罐区、油气田井场和LNG液化厂的阴极保护。
1.0.4 石油天然气站场阴极保护除符合本标准外,尚应符合国家现行的有关标准的规定。

2 术语
2.0.1 站场阴极保护 cathodic protection for plant
对地下金属构筑物密集的石油天然气站场实施的阴极保护。 2.0.2 屏蔽 shielding
阻止阴极保护电流流入或使阴极保护电流偏离其预定流通路线的现象。 2.0.3 通电点 drain point
被保护体与阴极电缆电连接的位置,通过此连接点,保护电流流回其电源。也称汇流点。 2.0.4 采样控制点 feedback point
被保护体与阴极保护电源设备零位接阴电缆电连接的位置,及阴极保护电源设备用参比电极埋设位置,通过此连接点和参比电极,阴极保护电源设备能够实现电位调节功能。 2.0.5 线性辅助阳极 linear auxiliary anode
阳极主体由线性的、连续的阳极材料组成,阳极材料周围填充焦炭填料,并预包装在织物覆盖层及耐磨编织网中。
例如:导电聚合物线性阳极、混合金属氧化物线性阳极。 2.0.6 混合金属氧化物阳极 mixed metal oxide (MMO) anode
在表面烧结了一层混合金属氧化膜、导电性能得到提高的钛基材阳极。 2.0.7 导电聚合物线性阳极 conductive polymer anode
阳极主体由铜芯导线和导电聚合物为基材的线性辅助阳极。
2.0.8 热点保护 hot spot protection
采用单支辅助阳极对存在涂层漏点的管道、穿越或平行钢筋混凝土构筑物的管道实施阴极保护,通过改变管道周围的地电位而实现阴极保护。
