摘 要

钛白粉是目前世界上性能最佳的白色颜料,被广泛应用于涂料、塑料、造纸、油墨、橡胶、化纤等工业。由于钛白粉生产需要较大资金的投入,另外还存在着工艺过程复杂、关键技术保密、三废处理困难等特殊性,尽管我国钛资源十分丰富,但钛白工业却相对落后。

本课题主要研究内容是设计4万吨/年硫酸法金红石钛粉厂黑段的设计。包括工艺技术方案的选择、原辅材料、燃料及动力的供应、节能、环境保护等的讨论,并绘制带控制点的工艺流程图,通过选择合理的工艺路线,进行产能的优化,最终达到设计的合理性和可行性。在设计中,以每天得产能为依据,为设备的选型和设计提供了依据。在设备选型阶段,对主要过程设备进行了设计计算。对生产过程中产生的三废进行了计算,并提出处理流程。

通过编写设计说明书,加深对钛白粉黑段的认知,在此基础上绘制带控制点的工艺流程图,并列出主要的设备。

ABSTRACT

Titanium pigment is currently the best performance of white paint, and it is widely used in the coatings, plastics, papermaking, printing ink, rubber, chemical fiber and other industries. Due to large amount of capital invested on production of Titanium pigment, in addition, the particularity exists: the technical process is complicated, and the key technology is surreptitious and the three wastes treatment is difficult; though titanium resources are very rich in China, the titanium pigment industry is relatively backward.

The main study content of this issue is to design and research 40,000 tons / year of sulfate process titanium dioxide plant, including the choice of technical skill program, auxiliary materials, supply of fuel and power, energy saving, environmental protection and other discussions. And the technological flow sheet with control point plans is drawn, and the production capacity is optimized through choosing a reasonable route for the optimization of production so as to design reasonably and feasibly. In the design, with a daily capacity basis for the selection and design of the equipment provided a basis. In equipment selection stage, the main process equipment design and calculation. The production process of the waste was calculated, and proposed processes.

Through the preparation of brochures designed to enhance the awareness of titanium white. On the basis of the mapping process with the control point plans .And sets out the main equipment.
