摘 要

本设计拟建???公寓工程位于哈尔滨市,其南临南环路,东临美食商城,北侧为运动商城,西侧为居民区。拟建建筑物地面以上7层,地下2层,总建筑面积41798m2。经地质勘查,地基土层主要由杂填土、粉土、粉质黏土、黏土构成。建筑±0.00相当于绝对标高33.96m,整平后地面标高为33.50m,基坑开挖深度为9.0m,地下室采用框架结构。主体基坑采用三种不同的支护体系:第一种是钢板桩锚杆支体系,第二种是土钉墙支护体系,第三种是混凝土桩锚杆支护体系。基坑采用喷射井点+止水帷幕降止水。本次设计的主要内容包括:支护方案的选择、钢板桩锚杆设计计算、混凝土桩锚杆设计计算、土钉墙设计计算、基坑的稳定性验算、基坑降止水等。经验算,该基坑设计合理,方案可行,可满足基坑土方开挖,地下室结构施工和对周围环境保护的要求。

ABSTRACT

This design for ????i foundation pit supporting structure design of the foundation pit is located in Harbin city, Hei long jiang province, in the foundation pit size is 4050. The field area terrain rules rectangle on the whole, excavation depth of 9 m, for the light market, on the west side of foundation pit in recent distance is 4 m, the north side, for real estate company from foundation pit recent distance of 18 m, bridge road, on the south the storehouse of foundation pit in recent distance of 16 m, through scheme comparison, finally determine the west adopts steel sheet pile support structure and soil nailing wall supporting structure is used in the south the north by concrete pile plus anchor supporting structure. This design main content includes: design scheme comparison; Earth pressure calculation; Calculation of retaining structure; Calculating stability of foundation pit; Foundation pit precipitation of water stop design; Foundation pit monitoring scheme design.
