在主体结构完成之后，在结构侧墙外侧涂2mm厚无焦油双组份聚氨酯涂料，再铺

② 材料贮存期不超过一年。要根据每日需用量开罐使用，最好当天尽快用完。每次开罐倒料后应及时加盖封严。
③ 材料应有专门贮存地点，使之不受露水、雨淋、日晒的侵袭，并应远离火源。 ④ 夏、冬两季所用的固化剂应分开贮存，且不得相互混用。

要注意涂抹均匀、厚薄一致，且不得漏涂。一般涂布用量以每平方米0.15～0.20kg为宜。涂抹后应间隔24h以上（具体时间应根据施工温度测定），等底层涂料固化干燥后，方可施工下道工序。
2）、涂膜防水施工
① 配制聚氨酯涂膜防水材料，甲组份料：乙组份料=1：1.5（重量比）。 按比例准确称量好甲料和乙料；先将甲料置入搅拌容器内，再随之加乙料，并立即开支电动搅拌器（转速为100～500r/min）搅拌3--5min，至充分拌合均匀即可使用。 称量准确，甲乙料混合偏差控制在5%以内，不得任意改变配比、加大甲料或乙料用量。
若甲乙料混全搅拌后粘度大，不易涂抹施工，则可加入重量为搅拌液的10%的甲苯或二甲苯稀释拌匀。禁止使用一般涂料所用的稀释剂或酮类稀释剂。
② 涂膜防水构造及施工顺序：
施工顺序是：基层处理→涂刷底层涂料（即聚氨酯底胶）→涂刷第一道涂膜防水层（聚氨酯涂膜防水材料）→涂刷第二道（或面层）涂膜防水层（聚氨酯涂膜防水材料）→稀撒石碴→保护层施工。
涂刷顺序应先涂垂直面、后水平面；先阴阳角及细部、后大面。每层涂抹方向应相互垂直。
③ 在阴阳角、排水口、管道周围、预埋件及设备根部、施工缝或开裂处等需要增强防水层抗渗性的部位，应做增补涂刷。
④ 在前一层涂料固化干燥后，应先检查其上有无残留的气孔或气泡，如没有，即可涂刷施工；如有，则应用橡胶板刷将混合料用力压入气孔填实补平，然后再进行第一层涂膜施工。
涂刷第一道聚氨酯涂膜防水材料，用塑料或橡皮板刷均匀涂刮，做到厚薄一致，厚度为2mm（即2kg/m2）。 平面或坡面施工后，在防水层未固化前不宜上人踩踏，涂抹施工过程中留出施工退路，分区分片用后退法涂刷施工。
