师积极转变旧的教学观念，重视学生可持续发展的潜力，营造轻松、和谐的课堂气氛，给学生更多自主活动、讨论、发表见解的机会。通过课例和多媒体课件评比，改变了老师以往以教师为中心的传统教学习俗。青年教师在各类评比活动中锻炼了自身的能力，增长了才干。通过培训和一系列的教研活动，许多老师由原来的从不懂电脑到逐步学会掌握了自制优质课件进行教学。
六、研究反思
1、 当代语言认知心理学家霍姆曾指出：“没有什么教学目标比使学生成为独立的、自主的、高效的学习者更为重要。”但在实际教学中，教师还没有能够真正做到把学生当作学习的主体，学生被当作语言知识的被动接受者而不是积极的创造性语言的使用者。要做到以学生为主体，教师要以饱满的热情组织教学，以真情实感感染学生，把微笑、鼓励带进课堂，要建立和谐的课堂氛围，让每一位学生都无拘无束地参与活动，消除紧张感和压力。
2、 培养学生自主学习的学习习惯的方法除了鼓励学生根据音标拼读单词、做好预复习工作、参与课外活动外，是否还有其他方法？
3、 培养学生养成良好的学习习惯外，还要重视培养学生自觉克服困难的坚强意志。
4、网络技术的运用仅是学生拓展知识面的一个平台，需要教师引导学生个性化利用，主动发展，同时教师还要组织多种形式的学习活动，与网络技术有机结合，给学生创造自主学习的条件、氛围，促使学生丰富体验，拓展知识，增强可持续发展能力。
