长沙城市化发展的现状、问题与对策研究
【摘要】
城市化是所有现代文明国家都要经历的过程，自工业革命使得城市化在世界范围内铺开以来，世界各国都经历着一场城市的变革。在享受着城市化变为人类带来福利的同时，每个城市化国家都面对着城市化发展所造成的种种社会问题。我国在快速发展的城市化过程中，也遇到了不少城市问题。改革开放以来，长沙的城市化发展迎来了春天，长沙的城市化进程十分迅猛。但是由于观念、体制、政策上的严重偏差，长沙市的城市化发展，在一段时期内停滞不前。本文以我国古城长沙为例，重点分析长沙市城市化进程存在的问题，并提出了优化与完善长沙市城市化的政策建议，推动城市化进程更是当前长沙实现经济社会全面协调可持续发展的重大战略。以期有益于加速长沙市城市化的进程。

【Abstract】
Urbanization is a process that all the modern civilized countries have to experience, since the industrial revolution made the urbanization in the world, the countries all over the world are experiencing a change of the city. While enjoying the benefits of urbanization, every country faces the social problems caused by the urbanization development. China's rapid development in the process of urbanization, also encountered a lot of urban problems. Since the reform and opening up, the urbanization of Changsha city has welcomed the spring, and the process of urbanization in Changsha is very rapid. However, due to the concept, system and policy of serious deviation, the development of urbanization in Changsha City, in a period of stagnation. Taking the ancient city of Changsha as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of urbanization in Changsha, and puts forward the policy recommendations to optimize and perfect the urbanization of Changsha, and promote the process of urbanization is the major strategy for the current Changsha to achieve the coordinated and sustainable development of the economy and society. In order to accelerate the process of urbanization in Changsha city.
