烟台第二小学教学楼设计

摘要:根据土木工程毕业设计的内容,本文对烟台市第二小学教学楼进行设计。设计内容包括建筑设计部分和结构设计部分。该楼为四层现浇混凝土框架结构,抗震设防烈度为6度,总建筑面积约3732平方米。
在建筑设计中,根据教学楼的使用要求、自然条件、建筑造型进行了平面布置和空间组织。结构设计包括结构选型、结构布置、恒载、活载及风荷载的统计,然后采用D值法进行风荷载作用下的结构内力计算,分层法进行竖向荷载作用下的结构内力计算;再进行内力组合分析,找出最不利的内力组合,进行构件计算;最后,根据计算结果,按照构造要求,绘制结构施工图。本设计综合考虑了适应性、经济性,充分体现了“以人为本”的原则。

Design of Teaching Building of the Second Primary School in Yantai

Abstract: According to the requirements of graduation design of civil engineering,the residential building of yantai second primary school teaching building in this paper. The content of this design includs architectural design part and structural part.The building is four-story, which total surface area is 3732 square meters and seismic fortification intensity is 6 degrees.
In the architectural design ,it is carried on the plane arrangement and the spatial organization according to the residential building’s operation requirements, natual condition and building modeling.The structural design includs the selection of structure,the layout of the structure,dead load, live load and wind load statistics;And then use D value method under the action of wind load of the structure internal force calculation, hierarchical method on structural internal force under the vertical load calculation; Internal force combination analysis, find out the most adverse internal force combination, component calculation; Finally, according to the calculation results and the structure requirement, draw the structure construction drawing. The design compromises the suitability and economical efficiency of residential buildings,and fully reflects the “people-centered” principle.
