Abstract
TheconstructionofShandongpeninsulablueeconomiczonehasbeenraisedascountrystrategy，andcoordinatingregionaldevelopmenthasbecometheimportantstrategyofliftingcountryup，whichbringunpreccedentedopportunitiesforYantai．YantaiislocatedonthebenchofShandongPeninsula，whosegeographicalpositionissuperiorandmarineresourcesareabundant．Yantaishouldgivefullplaytotheirownadvantages，followthepaceofQingdaoMarinedevelopment，strengthentheexchangesandcooperationwithJapanandSouthKorea，constructingtheleadingareaoftheblueeconomicandbecomingthebridgeheadforinternationalexchangeandcooperation．Basedonthebackgroundof“theShandongpeninsulablueeconomiczone”strategy，usingtheSWOTmethodanalysis，theadvantages，disadvantages，opportunitiesandchallengesonthedevelopmentofYantaiblueeconomicareoverallanalyzedandcompared，onthiscondition，therelevantcountermeasuresareputforward．
