摘 要 摘 要

根据任务书要求,设计年产68万吨棒材厂。

按照车间设计的步骤,主要完成建厂经济依据论述、产品大纲制定、轧机比较及布置选择、孔型系统的选择及典型产品的孔型设计、速度制度和产量确定,力能参数的计算及校核、辅助设备的选取、金属平衡以及水电消耗计算等。

设计中参阅了国内有关棒材轧机的先进工艺、轧机的装备、技术、孔型系统及一些辅助设备的论述,特别参考了唐钢棒材厂与八一棒材厂生产线参数,使本设计车间达到工艺合理、设备先进、留有进一步提升产品档次的现代棒材车间。棒材以定尺交货,横列式、半连续式、全连续式各种轧机都可以进行生产。平立交替的连轧棒材方式事故少,生产效率高,产量大。考虑生产时顺畅,自动化程度高、质量控制稳定,设计采用全线无扭连轧方式。产品规格为Φ12~32mm圆钢,Φ14~26mm螺纹钢。典型产品为Φ24的圆钢。 关键词:车间设计;棒材连轧;孔型设计;高精度

Abstract Abstract

According to the task requirement, an annual output of 680,000 tons of small bars factory is designed.

According to the design steps of the workshop, The following aspects are accomplished, such as the economic accordance of building the workshop, the distribution of output, mill comparison and layout chosen, pass system chosen and pass design of classic production, velocity computing and output planned, mechanical calculation and test, auxiliary equipment chosen, metal balance and water and electricity consume, etc.

Referring to the domestic advanced rolling technology, rolling equipment, pass and auxiliary equipment choosing, specially, referring to production line parameters of Tang Steel and Bayi Steel, this ensure that the technology is reasonable and equipment is advanced and there is space to produce high-profit rod.

Bar is sale by sizing. All kinds of rolling mill can produce bar, such as open-train mill, Bar to length delivery, bar-style, semi-continuous train and the continuous train. The pattern of continuous rolling bar in horizontal and vertical loopier has the specialty of the fewer accident, highly efficient and high output. In considering of the successfully producing, high lever automation, and stable quality controlling, the no twist continuous rolling is adopted in this paper. The production size range is from Φ12 to Φ32mm bar and from Φ14 to Φ26mm rebar. The classic production is Φ24 mm bar.
