法仍是研究人员努力的方向。HPLC法在有关物质分析中仍将占主导地位,TLC法和GC法则是补充手段。随着技术、方法的成熟,CE法也有望成为一种常规分析手段,特别是在手性异构体的检查中能发挥重要的作用。近几年SFC、UPLC、CEC等方法在有关物质研究中的应用逐年增加,但其重复性还有待进一步改善。在有关物质的结构分析中,LC-MS及LC-MS-MS技术已相当成熟。近年来,LC-NMR技术有了较大的发展,凭借着强大的结构鉴定能力,其在有关物质的结构分析中必将有着较好的应用前景。随着检测手段的进一步完善,人们对药物中有关物质的研究将会更加深入,药品质量也将得到进一步的提升。
