屏蔽型(SUTP)六 类对称数字通信电缆的开发
摘要
随着信息化发展的进程,人们对数字、声音、图像等信息传输速度的更高要求,网速越来越成为困扰人们的一大因素。在光纤还没有到达桌面以前,六类布线系统以其高带宽和廉价的经济性能,作为替代产品越来越受到人们的认可。在今后一段时间内,六类布线系统还将占有统治地位。然而其不稳定的传输性能以及人们对保密性能的渴望,造就了新的屏蔽系统的发展。正是社会的需要,推动了布线世界的改革步伐。
屏蔽系统,具有优异的电磁兼容性(EMC)和保密性,因此也就更具有发展潜力,也是近几年布线系统的发展方向。本文紧跟时代潮流,结合所学专业,成功开发了屏蔽型(SUTP)六类对称数字通信电缆,作为对自己四年所学的一个总结。
本文首先结合所学知识,参考前人的技术成果,以及在工厂的实际考察,确定了其宏观结构,利用通信电缆的有关原理,对其结构进行了大量细致的计算,最终又通过数次试产和测试,对其结构进行了细节上的调整和改进,直到产品的性能完全符合六类对称数字通信电缆的行业标准。本文从设计、计算、生产和测试几个部分作了大量细致的阐述,并附有一些简图,以便读者能更好的理解作者的思想。

The exploitation about balanced category six cable of shielding type(SUTP)
Abstract
With the process of informationization development, people, to such the requiring higher of transmission speed of information as the figure , sound , picture ,etc., the network speed becomes a great factor of perplexing people more and more. Before the optic fibre has not reached the tabletop yet, six kinds of wiring system are with its high bandwidth and low-priced economic performance , approved of more and more substitute products by people. In a period of time to come, six kinds of wiring system will also occupy the dominant position. But its unstable transmission performance and people's aspiration of secret performance , have brought up the development of the new shielding system. It is exactly a need of the society, promote the reform paces of the world of connecting up.
Shielding system, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC ) and privacy with excellence, so have development potentiality even more, it is the developing direction of the wiring system in recent years too. This text follows the tendency of the day closely, combine the specialities studied , has succeeded in developing balanced category six cables of shielding type (SUTP ), as a summaries studied of four years to oneself.
This text combines the knowledge studied at first, consult forefathers' technological achievement , and the actual investigation in the factory, confirm its macrostructure, utilize relevant principles of the communication cable , has carried on a large amount of careful calculation to its structure, and test through several trial production finally, carry on adjustment and improvement on the detail to its structure, until the performance of the products totally accords with the sector standards of six kinds of symmetrical digital communication cables . - II -
