The region has been seriously polluted by harmful smog, which proves to be the cause of many illnesses and for the climbing death rate. As a result, people have started to move out of the area.
In response to the problem, the local government has decided to fight
against air pollution. It has closed down several factories, which were considered to be the major cause of the polution. Many power plants have been modernized to give off less pollution and also moved further away from people's homes so as to decrease the damage. At the same time, the local government has decided to plant trees in and around the region because trees can absorb some of the polution.
People welome all the measures taken by the government. Consequenty, more and more people have begun to move back to the region to take part in this battle for a clean environment Section B

Pre-Reading Acctivities.
I’m tired. And I feel guilty. Why? Im tired because I get so much exercise. I feel guilty because no matter how much I exercise, I never feel ltike its enough. I asked two exercise experts around town what would be an ideal exercise program for someone like me, an average, healthy, 45-yea-old adult First, they said that each exercise program should be geared to an individuals needs and their attitude towards exercise. Then here's what they suggested to me:
Exercise three times a week for at least 20 minutes at a time. Choose moderate-intensity exercises when possible. They are best for avoiding injury and burnout. Do exercises that work the large muscle grups like walking. Using \Lifestyle exercises incude bicycling, climbing stairs, swimming, & brisk walking. These exercises work.
1. He feels tired when he exercises too much and he also feels guilty
because no matter how much he exercises he feels it's not enough. 2. 1) Exercise three times a week for at least 20 minutes at a time.
