前 言
本科毕业论文(设计),是大学本科人才培养的重要环节之一,在培养大学生探求真理、强化社会意识、进行科学研究基本训练、提高综合能力与素质等方面,都具有不可替代的作用,是教育与生产劳动和社会实践相结合的重要体现,是培养大学生的创新能力、实践能力和创业精神的重要实践环节。同时,毕业论文(设计)的质量也是衡量教学水平,学生获得学士学位的必要条件。2005年4月颁布的《海南师范大学本科毕业论文(设计)指导手册》对本科毕业论文(设计)工作起到了积极的推动作用。为加强本科毕业论文管理工作并使其进一步科学化、规范化,使广大教师、管理人员和学生在毕业论文(设计)工作中有章可循,并得到及时有效的帮助和指导,从而促进毕业设计(论文)质量的提高,特修订本手册。
由于不同学科专业在毕业论文(设计)上的要求不尽相同,各教学单位可根据我校毕业论文(设计)的管理规定,结合本单位的专业特点和实际情况,制定具体的管理实施细则和方案,报学校教务处审批后执行。
在本管理规定的制定过程中,参考了许多兄弟师范院校的有关管理制度,在此谨向他们表示衷心感谢!

一、指导思想
本科毕业论文(设计)是大学本科人才培养的重要环节之一,是授予学士学位的必要条件。凡我校本科学生毕业前必须撰写毕业论文或毕业设计。毕业论文(设计)合格且其它方面符合学籍管理规定要求者方可授予学士学位。毕业论文(设计)的撰写不仅有助于本科生巩固已学的基本理论和基本知识,而且有利于培养本科生科学思维、科研能力和学术规范,同时,也是对本科生综合能力和本科教学工作的检验。毕业论文(设计)具有学术性质,应能表明作者在科学研究工作中所取得的新成果或提出的新见解,是作者科研能力与学识水平的标志。毕业论文(设计)具有学术作品所共有的一般属性,应按照学术作品的格式完成。
在完成毕业论文(设计)的过程中,要注意适应我国的经济、社会、教育发展的需要,注意理论结合实际,充分体现专业人才培养目标的要求。要特别强调对学生创新精神的培养,注意提高其科研能力,既要遵循科学研究的一般规律,又要符合本科教学的基本要求。
二、过程要求
完成本科毕业论文(设计)一般要经过选题、开题报告、收集资料、进行科学实验、编写论文提纲、撰写初稿、修改定稿、论文(设计)答辩等几个阶段。期间,指导教师要与学生经常进行交流,逐个阶段地对学生进行论文写作的基础性训练,使学生掌握学术论文写作的基本方法,培养其学术研究的素养,进行创新能力的训练。
(一)选题
1.毕业论文(设计)选题要充分体现专业人才培养目标的要求,根据所学专业进行选题。允许在相近专业或学科选题,提倡不同专业领域、不同学科互相合作,进一步加强、巩固和深化学生所学专业知识,使学生得到全面发展。
2.毕业论文(设计)选题要按照各学院对于毕业论文(设计)选题的基本要求进行,一般应由各学院组织教研室确定指导教师,经学院毕业论文(设计)工作领导小组认可后,拟定备选题目一览表,组织学生报名、选题,并为学生介绍指
