摘 要 摘 要
高中学生社团已经成为高中学校学习生活重要的一部分，并在高中学校校园中发挥着举足轻重的作用。高中学生社团是高中学生根据他们共同的兴趣和爱好，自愿汇聚在一起自发组织和参加社团活动的青少年组织。目前，高中学生社团受到了高中学生的热爱，逐渐成为了学校学习生活中不可或缺的一部分，赢得了学生们的追捧，同时也成为丰富高中校园文化的重要途径，并成为学生锻炼社交能力和展现个人才华以及增长阅历和扩大视野的重要途径。研究高中学生社团管理的现状以及社团相关问题，对加强高中学生社团管理，规范高中学生社团管理制度，保障高中学生社团健康向上、积极乐观、高效创新、有序发展具有一定的指导意义。
随着素质教育理念的提出，各大高中纷纷进行学科建设改革，如何结合新形势下学校教书育人理念的改革，加强高中学校学生社团建设，提高高中学生社团工作的整体水平，已经成为高中学校面临的重点工作任务。因此需要对目前高中学生社团管理现状进行调查研究，并针对高中学生社团存在的问题进行思考分析，提出相应的解决措施，以此有效增强高中学生社团的科学管理水平。本文基于菏泽一中的高中学生社团管理中出现的问题展开调查研究，根据调查结果找出菏泽一中高中学生社团管理过程中存在的问题，例如社团管理制度不健全、社团队伍建设存在缺陷、社团活动场地和经费缺乏等等，针对这些问题笔者提出了高中学生社团管理的解决方法和策略，即加强高中学校学生社团管理制度的建设，转变管理理念，加大对社团活动的投入，完善高中学生社团的队伍建设等，通过完善高中学生社团规章制度，加强对高中学生社团的领导和管理，支持高中学生社团开展活动，并希望以此来促进学生的学习。本文立足高中学生社团管理的现状，以菏泽一中为例进行个例研究，深入了解高中学校社团管理中存在的问题。本文的研究可以为高中学生社团管理的后续研究提供一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract
As an important part of studying life in high school, student community of high school has been playing an important role in the high school campus. Student community of high school is a kind of youth organization where high school students volunteer to be together to organize and participate in activities themselves according to their common interests and hobbies. Currently, the high school student organizations are loved by high school students, and become an indispensable part of school life, which the students sought after. At the same time, it also become an important way for enriching high school campus culture, as well as an important way to exercise students' social ability ,show individual talent, attain some sophistication and broaden their horizon. Researches on status of high school students and the community association management issues, are of some significance on strengthening students community management of high school, standardizing high school students organizations management system, and have guiding sense to guarantee the healthy, positive and optimistic, innovative and efficient, and orderly development of high school student organizations.
With the introduction of quality education, high schools have respectively carried out the major disciplines reformation. It has been the arduous tasks facing high schools that how to strengthen the building of high school student organizations, improve the overall level of high school students associations under the new situation, combining the reform of the idea of teaching and educating. In order to effectively enhance the high school student organizations and scientific management, this paper researched on the current management status of high school student associations, then thought and analysed the problems existing in high school students community and also proposed related solutions. In this paper, \of High School Students --- a Case Study of the construction of Students' Associations in NO.1 Middle School of Heze ,Shandong \is the subject. The author conducted a questionnaire survey about the construction and management of Students' Associations in NO.1 Middle School of Heze, then analysed the survey results. Based on the
