摘要
随着全球经济的重心从货物贸易移向高新技术贸易,高新技术贸易在广东省经济持续高速增长中发挥着重要的支撑作用。高新技术产品是当今国家抢占经济全球化和世界经济结构调整中的主动权的制高点。发达国家和新兴工业化国家都将高新技术产业作为国家发展战略的重要组成部分，纷纷采取各种措施推动高新技术产业化、国际化进程，从而加剧了高新技术产品的国际竞争。实施“科技兴贸”战略，是21世纪我国对外经济与贸易发展的战略选择，是广东省由贸易大省转变为贸易强省的标志之一。本文采取理论和实证相结合的方法，结合相关数据全面探究了广东省高新技术产品出口贸易中的现状、特征以及存在的问题，最后提出广东省提高高新技术产业出口竞争力、促进广东省高新技术产业出口贸易中长足发展的对策。

Abstract
As the center of gravity of the global economy moves from goods trade to high-tech trade, high-tech trade in Chinese sustained economic growth plays an important supporting role. High-tech products is the countries in the economic globalization and world economic structure adjustment the commanding heights of the initiative. In developed countries and emerging industrialized countries will be high and new technology industry as the important component of the national development strategy, have taken various measures to promote the internationalization of high-tech industrialization, and adding to the high-tech products in the international competition. Implement the strategy of ‘science and technology trade’, is the 21st century the strategic choice for Guangdong's foreign economic and trade development, is our country by one of the symbols of trade country to trading powers. In this paper, taking a combination of theoretical and empirical methods, combined with data fully explored the country's high-tech exports in the current situation, characteristics and problems, and finally put forward our country high-tech industry export competitiveness, promote the export trade of high-tech industry in Guangdong in the long-term development of countermeasures.
