摘 要

干燥技术广泛应用于国民经济的众多产业部门。其中振动流化床干燥是一种比较新型的干燥技术,它可以使物料更有效的流化,克服了一些易结块、难以流化物质的流化问题,解决了普通流化床存在的缺点。另外,它还提高了热能的利用效率,在传热传质方面收到了很好的效果。开展本课题,目的在于更好的了解振动流化床的运行过程,掌握一些小的技术,进而为以后的工作学习打好基础。

本文给出了氟硅酸钠简单的热量衡算,以氟硅酸钠的一些生产数据为计算标准,重点在热风进量和进风口大小设计计算上。此外,对布风板也进行了着重介绍。以参考文献为参照标准,在绪论中介绍了现代干燥技术中的各种干燥设备及其使用方法,并对国内干燥设备的研究进展做了简单说明。最后总结出我国干燥设备存在的问题和面临的挑战。

本文只在流化床干燥器方面做了简要介绍,在小的部件上做了简单计算,还达不到按特定物料进行流化床干燥器设计的程度,工程经验在设计中仍然占有重要地位,本文力求在这方面起到抛砖引玉的作用。

Abstract:

The dry technology widely applies in the national economy numerous Industrial Department, And the vibratefluidized bed dry is one kind of quite new dry technology, It may cause a material more effective fluidization, overcame some easily to agglomerate, to fluidize material with difficulty the fluidization question, has solved the ordinary fluid bed existence shortcoming. Moreover, it also raised the heat energy use efficiency, has received the very good effect in the heat transfer mass transfer aspect. Develops this topic, the goal lies in a better understanding to vibrate fluid bed's movement process, masters some small technologies, then builds the foundation for the later work study.

This article gave the sodium fluosilicate simple hot quantity graduated arm to calculate that take the sodium fluosilicate some production data as the basis of calculation, key, in the hot wind entered the quantity and in the tuyere size design calculation. In addition, also carried on to the cloth air deflector introduced emphatically. Take the reference as the reference standard, introduced in modern dry technology's each kind of drying equipment and the application method, and has given the simple declaration to the domestic drying equipment's research development. Finally summarizes the challenge which our country drying equipment existence's question and faces.

This article only did in the fluid bed water extractor aspect introduced briefly that has made the simple arithmetic on the small part, but could also not achieve according to the specific material carries on the fluid bed water extractor design the degree, the project experience still held the important position in the design, this article makes every effort the role which played in this aspect offers a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas.
