第一部分 前言
一、课程简介
《汽车电器设备》是汽车专业应掌握的一门课程,是掌握了专业基础课后开设的课程。汽车电器是汽车上必不可少的设备,掌握汽车电器设备的结构原理,对学生解决实际问题具有重要意义。课程的任务是通过本课程的教学,学生应掌握各种汽车电器设备的结构、电路、工作原理,为今后工作上汽车电器设备的选用和设计打下基础。

本课程的前继课程是:电工学、汽车构造
第二部分 教学内容
第一章 蓄电池
1.教学内容
蓄电池的构造与型号、工作原理、工作特性、容量、故障及排除、充电及充电设备,其它蓄电池。
2.教学基本要求:通过本章的教学,学生应掌握蓄电池的构造,充放电过程中的化学反应,充电方法及使用过程中的注意事项。
3.重点与难点
重点: 蓄电池工作原理、使用方法,充电方法
难点: 蓄电池工作原理
第二章 交流发电机及调节器

1.教学内容
交流发电机工作原理、构造、特性、电压调节器、发电机充电系过电压保护、故障与检测
2.教学基本要求
通过本章的教学,学生应掌握交流发电机工作原理、构造,电压调节器的电路,故障判断及检测方法。
3.重点与难点
重点:交流发电机工作原理、电压调节器工作原理。
难点:电压调节器的电路。
第三章 起动机
1.教学内容
直流电动机,起动机基本参数的确定,各种起动机的结构及工作原理,电压转换开关。
2.教学基本要求
通过本章的教学,学生应掌握起动机的工作原理,起动机基本参数的确定,各种起动机的结构及工作过程,电压转换开关的工作过程。
3.重点与难点
重点:起动机基本参数的确定、电磁操纵强制啮合式起动机。
难点:起动机的工作原理。
