内 容 摘 要
摘要
1960年左右在美国出现了巷道式码垛机，随后巷道式码垛机逐渐替代了受重量和跨度限制的桥式码垛机。在亚洲地区日本在1967年就安装了高层码垛机，并且在1969年研制出全自动化仓库， 我国是在上世纪70年代初期开始研究采用巷道式码垛机的立体仓库。目前的码垛机技术取得了重大的发展，控制技术、定位精度、运行速度都得到了很大程度的提高。巷道式码垛机的起升和运行速度都比较快分别为90m/min2与40m/min， 在有的立体仓库中使用巷道码垛机进行工作的方法主要是上下两层同时使用，这样能够提高工作效率。
包装码垛自动生产线的使用范围比较广泛，无论是在工业还是农业生产中都在使用。它的主要特点是方便用户储存、运输、销售，全自动包装码垛生产线的组成部分主要包括自动定量包装机、自动上袋机组、封口系统、倒袋机、金属检测机、重量检验机、检选机、喷墨打印机、码垛机等。 在只安排少数工作人员的情况下只需要通过编程就可以实现对整个生产线工作过程的有效控制，生产线在工作过程中如果发生故障设备自己会通过声光进行报警。这种设备的优点主要包括对工作人员的要求低、运行过程安全可靠、维修简单等。

Abstract
1960 in the American appeared tunnel type stacking machine, then the tunnel type stacking machine is replaced by the bridge type stacking machine weight and the span limit. The device has the advantages of simple operation, reliable operation, convenient maintenance etc..
