上述研究表明LMP2A的抗凋亡活性，与其在抗肿瘤中应用的潜在价值存在一定冲突。本研究以逆转录病毒为载体构建携带LMP2A的重组质粒pMSCVpuro?2A，旨在采用该重组体转染包装细胞，组装成携带并能转录表达LMP2A的重组逆转录病毒，然后再使用该病毒感染靶细胞，从而深入探讨LMP2A分子的生物活性以及LMP2A用于EBV相关肿瘤生物治疗的安全性。
