以往的研究证明,利用腺病毒介导的fat?1基因转移,可在体外培养的动物细胞中表达,且影响细胞的功能[2~7]。然而,fat?1基因是否能在动物体内表达并发挥类似的功能,还有待于研究,为此需要建立一个fat?1转基因动物模型。本文结果表明,fat?1基因可导入动物体内,并得到了fat?1基因G0代转基因小鼠,这为在动物整体水平上研究此基因功能奠定了一个实验基础。
