4 结语
由于RLS技术是建立在普通光谱法基础上，分析结果虽然是物质的散射光谱信息，但物质形态特征等却不能被获取。基于此问题，一种结合显微成像技术的共振光散射成像技术被建立起来，对生物大分子的聚集形态进行了深入的研究和探讨[26]，仪器的性能和工作条件对所获信号影响大。由于RLS光谱在较大光谱通带下获得，因而不利于光谱精细结构的研究。虽然我们知道散射光强度与散射粒子浓度有关，但出发点是从同步光谱开始的，显然其测定公式推导并未涉及RLS的散射本质。因此，用于分析化学的RLS技术原理与定量基础尚未有定论。虽然RLS技术作为一种新兴的分析测定技术存在一些不足，但随着RLS技术理论和应用上研究的深入，使RLS技术不断朝着痕量、高效、微观和自动化方向发展，极大地提高了RLS技术分析法的灵敏度，选择性和特异性，应用领域不断扩大。已报道的有关药物的RLS分析方法主要涉及如下药物：肝素[27]、地喹氯铵[23]、盐酸小檗碱[28]、多糖[29]、芦丁[30]、氨基糖苷抗生素[31]、青霉素[32]等。除了一些常规的测定药物的RLS方法之外，近几年还发展了以下几种方法[12]： RLS成像技术、FIA?RLS技术、双波长比率RLS技术等。RLS技术以其更灵敏、更方便，不需要荧光物质的特定体系等优势，必将更好地为药物分析测试服务。
