舟山VTS用户指南 ZHOUSHAN VTS CLIENT GUIDE
一、舟山VTS系统简介
舟山VTS系统由册子马王岗雷达站、尖峰山雷达站、马迹山雷达站、马王岗AIS基站、岙山AIS基站、北沙湾AIS基站、大黄龙AIS基站和舟山VTS中心组成。
舟山VTS系统构成及功能：
1、雷达监控系统：24海里的作用距离，具有跟踪重放功能。 2、VHF通信系统：具有多频道录音功能。 3、AIS（船舶自动识别系统）：可以自动获得装有船载AIS船舶的交通动态信息。
4、水文气象系统：尖峰山雷达站、马迹山雷达站全天候实时监测水文气象数据，包括温度、湿度、风向、风速、气压等。 5、船舶数据处理系统：船舶数据处理能力至少为2500艘次。 一、Briefing on Zhoushan VTS
Zhoushan VTS consists of Mawanggang Radar Station,Jianfeng Shan Radar Station,Maji Shan Radar Station and Mawanggang AIS Station, Ao Shan AIS Station,Beishawan AIS Station,Dahuanglong AIS Station and Zhoushan VTS Center. The components and functions of Zhoushan VTS:
1、 Radar Surveillance System: effective range of 24 miles with automatic tracking and replay function. 2、 VHF Communication System: with multi-channel recording function.
3、 AIS(automatic identification system of ship ): can automatically obtain traffic movements information of ships equipped with AIS.
4、 Meteorology System: real-time surveying of meteorology data under all weather conditions in Jianfengshan and Majishan Radar Stations, including temperature,
humidity, wind direction, wind speed,and atmospheric ect.
5、Ship Data Processing System:ship data processing capacity is at least 2500 ships.

舟山交管中心依据《中华人民共和国海上交通安全法》、《中华人民共和国船舶交通管理系统安全监督管理规则》和《舟山船舶交通管理系统安全监督管理规则》在本管理服务区域实施船舶交通管理，提供交通服务。
Zhoushan VTS controls vessel traffic and provides traffic service within Zhoushan VTS service area in accordance with the Maritime Traffic Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Safety Management Regulations of Vessel Traffic Service of the People’s Republic of China and the Safety Management Regulations of Vessel Traffic Service of Zhoushan.

舟山VTS指南 2009 交 通 服 务 Traffic Service VTS中心可提供： 1、交通信息（应请求）； 2、气象信息（应请求）； 3、助航服务（应请求）； 4、支持联合行动信息（应请求）； 5、播发航行警（通）告信息； 6、交通组织。 VTS Center can provide: 1.traffic information (on request) 2.weather information(on request) 3.navigational assistance (on request) 4information for supporting the allied activities (on request) 5transmitting navigational warnings (notices) 6.traffic organization 禁 止 Prohibitions 1、 未经批准禁止在管理区域内试航、测速、吊放救生艇演习。 2、 未经批准禁止在锚地以外水域抛锚。 3、 禁止在航道、锚地、港区水域从事涨网及其它捕捞作业。 1. Navigation trials, speed testing and launching life boats for drills are prohibited in VTS service area without approval. 2. Anchoring is prohibited out of anchorage area. 3. Fishing is prohibited in the fairway, anchorage area and port area.
