航 路 规 则 Route Regulations 马迹山管理服务区: 册子管理服务区: 马迹山港区一程船航道:航道中心线自蜂巢岩灯桩方位217°距离6.5海里,航向307°,册子进港航道:航道中心线自螺头角灯桩方位035°驶至点(大黄龙南端灯桩方位061°距离3.4海里)处,转向297°,航行4.8海里,驶入马迹距离0.7海里,航向324°,驶至点(半洋礁灯桩方位065°山港池。出港航线反之。航道宽度800米。 距离0.8海里)处,转向002°,驶向码头。出港航线反马迹山港区二程船航道: 之。航道宽度1000米。 西堠门大桥通航能力为30000载重吨,通航高度49.51、东航道:航道中心线自点(大黄龙南灯桩方位284°距离3.5海里), 航向263°,驶至点(大黄龙南端灯桩方位061°距离3.4海里)处,转向297°,航行4.8海里,驶入马迹山港米; 桃夭门大桥通航等级2000吨级,通航高度32米。池。出港航线反之。航道宽度500米。 2、西航道:航道中心线自点(牛屙礁灯桩方位046°距离2.9海里),航向121°,航行3.9 Cezi VTS service area: 海里,驶入马迹山港池。出港航线反之。航道宽度500米。 Cezi entrance fairway: center line is from Luotoujiao Light beacon Maji Shan VTS service area: TB035°,D0.7NM,change course to324°to point Maji Shan channel for international ore ships: ( Banyangjiao Light beacon TB065°, D0.8NM), change center line is from Fengchao Yan Light beacon TB217°, D6.5NM ,to point (Dahuanglong course to 002°to wharf.Vice versa. The navigation capicity of Xihoumen Bridge is Maji Shan channel for national transfer ships: 30,000 DWT. The max navigation height is 49.5 meters. 1、East fairway:center line is from point( Dahuanglong South Light beacon The navigation grade of Taoyaomen Bridge is 2,000 TB0284°,D3.5NM), course 263°,then to point (Dahuanglong south Light beacon DWT. The max navigation height is 32 meters. TB061°,D3.4NM ), change course to 297°,sail 4.8 NM, then to Maji Shan port pool.Vice versa.The width of the fairway is 500 meters. 2、West fairway: center line is from point( Niu E Jiao Light beacon TB046°,D2.9NM) , course 120°,sail 3.9 NM, then to Maji Shan port pool. Vice versa. The width of the fairway is 500 meters.

船 舶 报 告(一) Ships report(一) 船位动态报告: 报告线: 1、L1报告线:北鼎星岛(144)与徐公岛(151)连线; 2、L2报告线:徐公岛(151)、半洋山灯桩与白节山灯塔连线; 3、L3报告线:中块岛灯桩与蜂巢岩灯桩连线; 4、L4报告点:马迹山2#灯浮; 5、C1报告线:小菜花灯桩与舟山岛西端(北纬30°10′00″/东经121°56′00″)连线; 6、C2报告线:小菜花灯桩与金塘岛北端(北纬30°05′12″/东经121°52′24″)连线; 7、C3报告线:金塘岛宫山灯桩与大猫岛西端(北纬29°57′12″/东经122°01′24″)连线; 8、C4报告线:大猫岛西端(北纬29°57′12″/东经122°01′24″)与螺头(北纬30°00′00″/东经122°01′24″)连线; 内容: 1、船舶在通过VTS管理服务区报告线(点)之时,应通过VHF向VTS中心报告船名、国籍、船位、吃水、水面以上最大高度、目的港以及VTS中心要求的其它情况。 2、南下船舶或设施拟通过西堠门、桃夭门大桥时,应当在抵C1报告线30分钟之前,向VTS中心报告船舶动态、水面以上最大高度和拟通过的大桥名称。 Position Reports: Reporting line: 1.Line L1: the connection line between Beidingxing Dao(144) and Xugong Dao(151). 2.Line L2: the connection line with Xugong Dao(151),Banyang Shan Light beacon and Baijie Shan Lighthouse. 3.Line L3: the connection line between Zhongkuai Dao Light beacon and Fengchao Yan Light beacon. 4.Point L4: abeam Maji Shan No.2 buoy. 5.Line C1: the connection line between Xiaocaihua Light beacon and the west end of Zhoushan Dao(30°10′00″N/121°56′00″E). 6.Line C2: the connection line between Xiaocaihua Light beacon and the north end of Jintang Dao(30°05′12″N/121°52′24E″E). 7.Line C3: the connection line between Gong Shan Light beacon on Jintang Dao and the west of Damao Dao(29°57′12″N/122°01′24″E). 8.Line C4: the connection line between the west end of Damao Dao(29°57′12″N/122°01′24″E)and.Luotou (30°00′00″N/122°01′24″E ). Reporting content: 1. When passing through the VTS service area reporting line(point), vessels should report ship’s name, nationality, draft, max height above water ,destination and other information requested by the vts center through VHF. 2. Southbound vessels are required to report their movements ,max height above water and the name of bridge 30 minutes before their arrival at C1 reporting line, when intending to pass through Xihoumen Bridge or Taoyaomen Bridge.

Vessels should report their ship’s name, nationality, time, position, cause, course, and breakdown situations, etc. to VTS if such emergency situations as traffic accidents, pollution , personal injuries, and breakdown of the facilities which will have impact on safe navigation should happen or are found. 紧急情况报告 Emergency reports 其他报告 Other reports 船舶发现助航标志移位、灭失、损坏、失常或其它有碍航行安全的漂浮物、障碍物及其它异常情况时,报告船名、地点、情况类别等。 Vessels should report their ship’s name, position and the abnormal circumstances to VTS, if any shifting, missing, damage and abnormality of the aids to navigation, or any floating objects and obstacles which will impede the safety of navigation and any other abnormal circumstances should be found.
