4、甲方负责对乙方进行政治思想、职业道德、业务技术、劳动安全卫生及有关规章制度的告知、教育和培训。Party A is responsible to provide political ideology, professional ethics, business technology, labor safety and hygiene, and related rules, education and training for Party B.
四、劳动报酬 Labor remuneration
根据“按劳分配”原则,实行同工同酬,乙方的报酬不得低于当地最低工资标准。具体薪酬标准、支付方式以及支付时间按公司制定的《薪酬管理制度》执行。According to the principle of distribution, and equal pay for equal work, remuneration of Party B shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard. Specific compensation standards, payment, and time is set by the “the system of compensation management” by the company
五、社会保险 Social Insurance
甲方应按照国家有关社会保险的法律、法规和政策为乙方缴纳基本养老、基本医疗、失业、工伤、生育保险费用;社会保险费个人缴纳部分,甲方从乙方工资中代扣代缴。In accordance with national laws, regulations and policies relating to social insurance, Party A shall pay the basic pension, basic medical, unemployment, work injury and maternity insurance costs, for the Party B; social insurance premiums paid by individuals part is withhold wages from Party B.
六、劳动纪律和规章制度 Labor discipline and regulations
1、甲方依法制定的劳动纪律和规章制度,乙方有义务遵守;Labor discipline and regulations legally stipulated by party A, party B shall have the duty to abide by it.
2、签订本合同前,甲方已对乙方进行了劳动纪律、操作规程、管理制度等相应的培训;Before signing this contract, Party A has to provide party B the labor discipline, operating procedures, management system and the corresponding training
3、乙方应当遵守甲方的工作操作规程,服从工作安排;Party B shall abide by the working procedures, obey the work arrangement of party A.
4、乙方违反劳动纪律或规章制度,甲方有权按本单位的规章制度,给予纪律处分,直至解除本合同。If Party B violates labor discipline or regulations, Party A is entitled by the rules of the unit to give Party A disciplinary action, up to terminate this contract.
七、劳动合同的变更 The change of labor contract
订立本合同所依据的客观情况发生重大变化,致使本合同无法继续履行的,经双方协商同意,予以变更劳动合同相关内容。If the objective situation this contract based on, changes significantly, to result the contract unable to perform, by mutual consent, related content in labor contracts shall be changed.
八、劳动合同的解除The remove of labor contract
(一)双方协商一致,劳动合同可以解除。The two party may terminate the labor contract with mutual agreement.
(二)乙方有下列情形之一的,甲方可以即行解除劳动合同:Of any of the following circumstances, party A may immediately terminate the labor contract.
1、在试用期内被证明不符合录用条件的;Been proven not to meet the conditions of employment during the trial period.
