3、女职工在孕期、产期、哺乳期的;women workers in pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding.

(六)乙方解除劳动合同,应当提前三十日(试用期内提前三日)以书面形式通知甲方,甲方在乙方完成业务以及清理完债权债务的情况下,可以解除劳动合同。Of the following circumstances, Party B shall give notice to inform Party A to terminate the labor contract ahead of 30 days after cleaning up the credits and debts.
(七)有下列情形之一的,乙方可以通知甲方解除劳动合同: Of the following circumstances, Party B may give notice to inform Party A to terminate the labor contract.
1、在试用期内的;During the trial period.
2、甲方以暴力、威胁或者非法限制人身自由的手段强迫劳动的;Party A forced Party A to labor by violence, threat or illegal restriction of personal freedom.
3、甲方未按劳动合同约定提供劳动保护和劳动条件的;Party A failed to provide the labor protection and labor conditions.
4、甲方未按照劳动合同的约定支付工资报酬的;Party A failed to pay wages in accordance with the labor contract.
5、法律、行政法规规定劳动者可以解除劳动合同的其他情形。Other circumstances stipulated by laws, administrative regulations by which employee may terminate the labor contract.
九、劳动合同的终止Termination of labor contracts
(一)有下列情形之一的,劳动合同即行终止:Of any of the following circumstances, the labor contract may be immediately terminate
1、劳动合同期满的;The labor contract expired.
2、劳动者开始依法享受养老保险待遇的;Workers began to enjoy endowment insurance treatment lawfully.
3、劳动者死亡,或者被人民法院宣告死亡或者宣告失踪的;Laborer died, or was declared dead or missing by the people's court.
4、甲方被依法宣告破产的;Party A was declared bankrupt by the people's court
5、甲方被吊销营业执照、责令关闭、撤销或者提前解散的;Business license of Party B was revoked, ordered to close, cancellation or early dissolution of.
6、法律、行政法规规定的其他情形。Other circumstances stipulated by laws, administrative regulations.
(二)乙方应在劳动合同期满前30天通知甲方,甲方同意续订,乙方应及时申请办理续订手续;若甲方不同意续订,到期即办理终止合同手续。乙方未办理终止合同手续而离职的,甲方保留追究其法律责任的权利。Party B shall give notice to inform Party A to renew the labor contract ahead of 30 days. If Party A disagreed to new a lease, the labor contract would go expire. If Party B left without the termination procedures, Party A would retain right to pursue its legal responsibility.
