No.3 A Special Driver
Bush was one of the American presidents (總統) . Americans always enjoy telling stories to make fun of their presidents. Here is one of the most funny stories I’ve ever heard of.
Bush was fond of driving, but being a president of a country, most of the time he didn’t have a chance (機會) to drive a car himself. The driver would do the job for him. One day on vacation, Bush really wanted to drive. He ordered his driver to sit in the back seat of the car. So he drove on the road. Bush was excited and he drove fast. He forgot the speed (速度) and was stopped by two traffic police officers. One of them stayed in the police car, and the other walked up to Bush. Two minutes later, he returned to the police car. “Well,” asked the one in the car, "Did you give him a ticket?” “How can I do that?” he answered, "Do you know who is in that car? Well, I don’t know the man sitting in the back seat. But I do know the driver. It’s Bush, the president of the U.S. He drives for the man ! ”
