工作形式(例如,项目团队、工作团队、自我管理团队)。团队凝聚力是团队生存的基础。企业管理人员应重视团队的建设工作,采取有效的措施,增强团队凝聚力。然而,至今为止,学术界较少探讨企业管理措施对团队凝聚力的影响。在现有的文献中,企业管理工作可直接应用的研究成果仍然较为少见。在今后的研究中,学术界应深入探讨企业应采取哪些具体的管理措施(例如:企业的授权管理措施、服务导向的人力资源管理措施、)可增强团队的凝聚力。
5.3不同类型的领导行为对团队凝聚力的影响领导方式是影响团队凝聚力的一个极为重要的因素。团队的工作环境与传统的工作环境至少在以下三个方面存在较大的差异:(1)工作任务的相互依赖程度;(2)员工与上级主管、同事之间的关系;(3)员工对自己的工作角色的看法。因此,以团队为工作单位的企业领导者与传统企业的领导者在领导风格、领导行为方面存在较大的差异。迄今为止,学术界极少研究不同类型的领导行为(例如,变革型领导行为、魅力型领导行为、公仆型领导行为、真诚型领导行为、伦理型领导行为、支持型领导行为等)对团队的凝聚力不同影响。学术界今后可深入探讨这类问题,以便企业管理人员深入地了解自己应通过哪些领导行为,增强团队凝聚力。

Abstract: Group cohesiveness is one of the most important factors that influence employees' job attitude, behavior andperformance. The author summarized the studies on the theory of group cohesiveness, and made a comment on theconception, dimensions, and antecedents and consequences of group cohesiveness. Finally, the author gave some sugges-tions about the future of group cohesiveness research in China.
