摘 要
本设计完成了某焦化厂废水处理方案设计及流程确定,主要构筑物(设备)的设计计算与选型,污水处理站平面布置和高程布置;该工程规模2000m3/d,污水处理流程为:焦化废水经过格栅后,由提升泵到调节池,然后流入气浮池,气浮池出水进入调节池,然后进入吹脱池,吹脱池出水进入调节池,然后进入缺氧池,缺氧池出水进入好氧池,好氧池出水进入好氧池2,好氧池2出水进入二沉池,出水进入混凝沉淀池絮凝沉淀,经过消毒最后出水。污泥的流程为:从二沉池以及混凝沉淀池排出的剩余污泥进入污泥浓缩池,再进入污泥脱水间,经干化后外运。处理后的出水应达到《钢铁工业水污染物排放标准》(GB13456-92)中焦化行业二级标准。选择A/O工艺处理焦化废水,在脱氮方面的效率显著高于SBR等其他工艺。焦化废水绝大部分来自焦化厂和煤气厂,主要来自炼焦过程中的洗煤、熄焦、副产品加工和精制等环节。是在原煤的高温干馏、煤气净化和化工生产品精制过程中产生的,废水成分复杂,水质随原煤组成和炼焦工艺变化而变化,是典型的难处理的污水之一。

A coking plant wastewater treatment process design
Abstract
This design has completed the scheme design and process of a coking plant
wastewater treatment design calculation and selection of main structures (equipment), sewage treatment station layout and elevation layout; The project scale of 2000 m3 / d, sewage treatment process for: coking wastewater after grille, the lift pump to adjust the pool, and then into the gas float pool, air flotation pool water into adjusting pool, and then enter the blowoff pool, blow to take off the pool water enters the regulation pool, and then into the anaerobic pool, anoxic pool water into the aerobic pond, aerobic pond water into the aerobic pool 2, 2 out of the water into the pond, aerobic pond, the water into the coagulation sedimentation tank flocculation precipitation, disinfected water at last. Sludge process for: from the second pond and coagulation sedimentation tank discharge of surplus sludge into the sludge thickener, again into the sludge dewatering, after drying the outbound. Treated water should reach the steel industrial water pollutant discharge standard \\\secondary standard of coking industry. Select A/O process treatment of coking wastewater in denitrification efficiency is significantly higher than in SBR and other craft. For the most part coking wastewater from coking plant and gas plant, mainly from coking coal, coke quenching, a by-product in the process of processing and refining. Is in the high temperature of raw coal dry distillation, gas purification and refining process of chemical raw products, waste water composition is complicated, the water quality changes over raw coal composition and coking technology, is one of the typical difficult treatment of wastewater.
