摘 要 摘 要
该工程位于唐山地区,地震设防烈度为8度。本工程采用框架结构。该楼为四层,层高3.3米,总高14.1米,总建筑面积为2649.6平方米。该设计包括三部分:建筑设计、结构设计和施工设计。其中,建筑设计主要是建筑物的平、立、剖面设计;结构设计有结构构件的布置及构件尺寸的初定,统计荷载,内力计算(横向水平地震作用下内力计算采用D值法,竖向荷载作用下内力计算采用弯矩二次分配法),内力组合,配筋设计,楼梯设计,楼板设计,基础设计等;施工设计主要有施工组织设计说明书,施工进度计划安排,施工平面布置和主要分部工程施工方案设计。设计过程中,计算部分使用手算,绘图部分使用CAD、以及PKPM2005绘图软件。设计成果有设计说明书一份,建筑结构施工图纸共21张。该办公楼采用双向对称布置的内廊式框架结构形式,使用安全。

Abstract Abstract
This engineering lies in the region of TangShan.The seismic fortification intensity is 8. The type of that structure is frame structure. That building has four stories, 3.3 meters of the story height; the total story height is 14.1 meters. The construction area of building is 2649.6square meters. The design procedure consists of three steps: The building design, the structure design and construction design. Among them, the building design is mainly to design and draw plan, elevation and section; The structure design contain to design the location of the structure member, and a size of which of beginning settle, statistics the load, measure the internal forces(For example, it adopts D value method with the horizontal frame is subjected to the level earthquake function; It adopts the method of the bending moment distributed two times which is subjected to the vertical load.), combine the internal forces, design the steel reinforcement, design the stairs, design the floor slabs, design the foundation etc.The construction design mainly has the design that the manual of the construction organization, arrange the progress plan of the construction, arrange the plan of the construction, and design the construction project, which is the main cent of the engineering. Design in the process, the calculation of hand is used in the part of computer, the painting software of CAD、Tarch7.0 and pkpm2005 are used in the part of the paper’s painting. The result of the design contains one of the design manual, and paper of diagram has 22. This building is gathering to the function of official and accommodation. It is beautiful and generous. And now it adopts the type of frame structure, and the member of the structure is arranged summarily. That will provide one with a feeling of usage and security.
