Production Capacity 2.10.1 Production rate for manufacturing of tennis racket is about 2000 units per day. 2.10.2 Any constraint? Claimed by the factory representative that no any constraint for production. 2.10.3 How to control the production status to meet the delivery schedule? When received order from the client, business staff would conduct order analysis then transfer
the order information into production sheet and pass it to the production manager. The production manager would plan and assign the production schedule to each production department. The business department and production manager would monitor the production progress in order to make sure the delivery date could meet the client’s requirement.

sub-contracted from outside manufacture.

Availability of Quality Manual and Quality Procedure?
The quality manual (QM-01-2004) and quality procedure (QP-01-2004) was established and documented in place for reference.
What is the company quality policy and quality objective respectively if available? The quality policy: Quality first; Continuous development; Customer satisfaction.
The quality objective: incoming goods pass rate> 98% per month; semi-finished goods pass rate>98% per month; finished goods pass rate>98% per month; 100% on time delivery; customer satisfaction>92%; customer complaint less than 3 times per season.
Any improvement actions have been taken when the performance does not meet the objective?
The management review was conducted once per year to make sure the objective was fulfilled and the record was kept for reference and the monthly quality objective was reviewed. Once the performance could not meet the objective, then the reason analysis would be conducted and corrective & preventive action would be taken, However, claimed by the factory representative that so far their performance could meet the objective.
Availability of quality records?
Incoming goods inspection reports, semi-finished goods inspection reports, finished goods inspection reports, and product testing reports were kept in the factory.

The factory business department is responsible for converting the customer information into usable document and then distributing it to the factory production manager to use.

During plant tour, the product specification and approved sample were available in production area for reference.

The inspection procedure and main checkpoints and acceptance tolerance were documented in place for QC reference. However the defect classification was not defined in the inspection procedure.
Are any obsolete documents being used inside production area? How they control the document issuance, retrieval?
During plant tour, no obsolete document was found inside production area. One assigned office clerk was responsible for document issuance and retrieval.
Does the factory offer product coding method to identify of each production lot and for traceability purpose? Give details.
No trace coding method or identification label was adopted for the incoming goods and their product. The factory only used the incoming goods receiving record, material distribution record, production sheet and inspection record to trace the production lot.
