1 总 则
l.0.1 为了在先张法预应力混凝土管桩（以下简称管桩）基础勘察、设计、施工与检测中做到安全适用、技术先进、经济合理、保护环境，规范施工、制定本规程。
1.0.2 本规程适用于我省新建、改建和扩建的工业与民用建筑工程（包括构筑物）的低承台管桩基础的勘察、设计、施工、质量检验和验收。当建筑物高度大于60m时，应设地下室；当建筑物高度大于100m时，宜选用桩径不小于600mm的PHC管桩。
1.0.3 管桩基础的设计、施工、质量检验和验收除应符合本规程外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。

2.1 术 语
2.1.1 PHC管桩pretensioned pre-stressed spun high-strength concrete pipe pile
采用离心成型的先张法预应力高强度混凝土环形截面空心桩。 2.1.2 PC管桩pretensioned pre-stressed spun concrete pipe pile
采用离心成型的先张法预应力混凝土环形截面桩。 2.1.3管桩基础concrete pipe pile foundation
由沉入土（岩）层中的管桩和连接于桩顶的承台共同组成的建（构）筑物基础 2.1.4 填芯混凝土：filling concrete for pipe pile head
灌填在管桩内腔的混凝土 2.1.5送桩 pile following
打桩过程中，借助送桩器将桩顶沉至施工地面以下的工序 2.1.6收锤标准condition for stop hammering

在工程桩大面积施工前，为检验压桩机性能、场地地基承载力、校核场地地质情况和为设计和施工提供依据而进行的试验性压桩。 2.1.12终压力值 final pressing force
达到终压控制标准而终止压桩时的最终压桩力。 2.1.13. 复压 repeated pressing
静压桩施工完成后，间隔一段时间再次施压的作业方法。 2.1.14 稳压时间 duration time of holding pressing 2
