Abstract
Along with the advance of economic globalization，Technology economy characteristics of the new model of economic development in the world is rising rapidly，Economic development and gradually become more rational way of thinking.
In response to the economic development of China's accession to WTO， the new changes and new patterns， in accordance with national， provincial high-tech industry supported the relevant policies to fully utilize scientific and technological progress， promoting the development of high-tech industries in JIANGSU Province， so that high-tech industry entered a new development phase. In this paper， high-tech industrial enterprises in JIANGSU Province integral type， geographical distribution of the status quo， identify restrictions on the development of high-tech products in JIANGSU Province limiting factors put forward some suggestions
