当今世界,经济发展与能源短缺和环境污染的矛盾日益突出,能源短缺和环境污染已经成为全球共同面临的重大困难。
我国企业,一方面面临原材料、能源价格不断快速的增长,导致企业成本的上升,另一方面,我国的环境污染问题已经非常严重,特别对工业发达的地区,环境问题尤为突出,国家对环保的要求越来越严,企业的环保支出也越来越大。面对这种成本上升和环保压力加大的双重压力,企业在寻找出路。
清洁生产是指不断采取改进设计、使用清洁的能源和原料、采用先进的工艺技术与设备、改善管理、综合利用等措施,从源头削减污染,提高资源利用效率,减少或者避免生产、服务和产品使用过程中污染物的产生和排放,以减轻或者消除对人类健康和环境的危害。
