摘 要
信息时代的城市规划与数字城市的建设是密切相关的。在规划设计和规划审批中,由于规划成果的数字化、可视化,使得对各种规划成果和方案的定量分析、模拟和预测成为可能。城市规划设计审批能否实现可视化,关键在于如何利用当前三维建模与可视化技术,实现对城市现状与规划三维模型的快速建立。其中一个重要问题就是城市基础空间信息的获取。城市基础空间数据的生产,是一项投资巨大、技术要求十分复杂的工程。不仅成果精度要求高,而且信息的内容包含广泛。传统的测绘手段已无法满足上述综合性基础空间信息生产的要求。利用数字摄影测量技术可以快速获取包括数字线划矢量图、数字高程模型和正射投影图在内的城市基础空间信息。
本次毕业设计的目的就是采用数字摄影测量手段,从数字摄影测量的基本理论入手,利用JX-4C全数字摄影测量系统对航片数据进行处理,获取数字线划图、数字高程模型(DEM)、正射投影图等城市规划所需的基本图件,并利用相关软件对城市建筑物进行三维景观建模。

ABSTRACT
Information age of urban planning and construction of a digital city is closely related. In the design and planning for examination and approval, the digital, visual planning achievements, which makes the various planning achievements and scheme of the quantitative analysis, simulation and forecast to become possible. Urban planning and design for examination and approval could realize visualization, the key point is that how to use current 3 d modeling and visualization technology to realize the city planning and current situation of 3 d models quickly built. One of the important problem is the city basic space information. Urban basic space data production, is a huge investment, technology demand is very complex projects. Results not only the precision requirement is high, and the content of the information includes extensive. The traditional surveying and mapping method has failed to meet the above comprehensive basic space information production requirements. Using a digital photography measurement technology can quickly get including a number line row vector diagram, digital elevation model and was shot, projection map city basic space information.
The graduation design is the purpose of adopting digital photography measuring method, from the digital photography, measurement of the basic theories of, use JX-4 C digital photogrammetric system of navigation of data processing, get a number line row figure, digital elevation model (DEM), are shot projection diagram for basic maps of city planning, and use the software to buildings on the 3 d modeling landscape.
