摘 要
投标文件由经济标、技术标和商务标组成。该工程的投标文件工程量以设计图纸和标准图集为依据，严格按照工程量清单计价规范的要求计算出来。技术标是施工组织的设计，主要是针对施工进行部署，主要工程施工方法、技术难点、资源配置以及施工进度进行的合理安排；还有就是对于工期采取的保证措施，对于工程质量、施工安全及文明施工采取的统筹规划。商务标就是对于本工程所要采取的商务措施。
投标文件编制主要包括绪论、工程概况、施工条件、编制依据、编制规则和各分部分项工程的工程量计算规则和计算方法，其中该工程的工程量计算依据设计图纸、相关图集和施工规范规程等。
本设计依据国标《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》，对E40住宅楼工程采用工程量清单的计价方式，编制了分部分项工程量清单、措施项目清单、分部分项工程量清单计价表、措施项目清单计价表、其他项目清单计价表、分部分项工程量清单综合单价分析表等内容。综合单价分析是工程量清单计价的重要内容，它综合了直接工程费、间接费、有关文件的综合调价、材料价差、利润、风险金、税金等费用。当工程量发生变更时，易于查询，能够反映企业的技术能力和管理水平。

ABSTRACT
The tender document is composed of the aspects in the economy, the technology and the business.The project quantities of tender document are calculated based on the design drawing sheet and the standard atlas and according to the standard request of quantities detailed list valuation.The technology part is the design to the arrangement to the whole construction process, which mainly includes the deployment of the construction and the reasonable arrangement to the mainly construction methods, technical difficulties, the allocation of resources and the construction progress. Besides, it also includes the guarantee measure to the time and the planning to the safety and the civilized construction. The business part is the business measures to this project.
The statement of tender document is compose of the major introduction, project introduction, construction conditions, compiling rules and basis and calculation rules and methods of sub-segment project quantities, and the engineering calculation is based on design drawings, and the related construction norms ,regulations and so on .
This design according to the national standard \construction works\of a residential building engineering budget by engineering quantity list valuation methods, the preparation of the sub part of the project quantity list, measures the project list, a list of other items, sub part of the project quantity list valuation table, the project measures detailed list valuation table, other project detailed list valuation table, sub part of the project amount list price comprehensive analysis table and so on.
