创新公安群众工作方法
摘 要：公安群众工作指公安工作实行的一切为了群众、一切依靠群众，从群众中来，到群众中去的工作路线。它是在公安工作上服务群众、保护群众、宣传群众、组织群众、依靠群众的理论、原则、制度和方法的总称。随着我国经济社会转型的大环境变化, 我国公安群众工作迎来了许多新的挑战：社会治安形势复杂、人民内部矛盾激化以及公安队伍建设问题等。所以要做好新时期的公安群众工作，必须充分认识到群众路线的历史地位，准确把握好其精神实质，处理好群众路线继承和发展的关系，创新公安群众工作方法，努力开创公安群众工作新局面，促进公安专门工作与群众路线的有机结合。争取走群众路线，做群众工作，让群众满意。

An Innovation in Working Methods of Public Security
Organs among the Mass
Abstract: Public security work among the mass refers to the working methods of “All for the mass, all depend on the mass, from the mass, and to the mass”, which are widely adopted in public security work. It is a general name for theories, principles, systems and methods of serving, protecting, propagandizing, organizing and depending on the mass in public security area. Under the circumstance of social and economic transition, several new challenges are lying in public security work among the mass: the situation of social security is complicated; the contradictions among the people are intensified; problems still exist in constructing the whole force of public security. In order to tackle this issue effectively in the new period, we have to fully realize the historical position of the mass line, accurately understand the essence of its spirit, and properly deal with the relationship between its inheritance and development. It is also necessary to make innovations in working methods of public security organs among the mass, try to create a new situation in this field and achieve the organic integration of professional public work and the mass line, and endeavor to follow the mass line, do the mass work, as well as meet to the mass’ satisfactory.
