题目:1500吨浅吃水货船船体结构设计分析

摘 要

本船是1500吨级浅吃水货船,属于无限航区普通货船,可实现江海联运及电机定子、重型机械等大件运输。本设计是以保证该船能够达到所要求的坚固程度为目的,针对该船的主要构件作出强度校核,绘制出结构图与横剖面并进行钢材级造价的估算。

结构强度校核部分,根据钢质海船入级规范(2006)进行计算,先对整体进行校核,然后是局部主要构件的强度校核,从而计算出各个部分的强度要求,选择合适的构件以保证船舶的结构坚固。

根据强度校核,了解基本结构和类型,并设计出基本结构设计书,从而对基本结构与典型横剖面作图。

钢材估算方面,主要采用余量估算方法,对所需钢材进行计算。造价估算方面则对各个单项进行计算,并根据其所占比例,对全船价格进行估计。

本设计中所依据知识,主要来自于规范与相关船舶书籍中。通过本设计对作者所学专业职业知识有了更好的巩固,并为以后的工作有了相应的准备。

1前言

1.1 概述

本船是1500吨级普通运输货船,为钢质单甲板,球鼻船首,双尾鳍、双机、双桨、双舵的尾机型浅吃水江海直达货船。全船共两个货仓,设短首楼和尾楼。主要承运大宗散货、杂货、普通包装的钢材、集装箱等货物。

本船航行于黑龙江、松花江至我国南北沿海,以及日本、朝鲜、东南亚等江海直达航线,航区为海规工类及河规A级。

本设计需要完成该船的船体结构设计工作,包括船体结构规范计算;绘制主要横剖面图;绘制基本结构图;船体钢材估算;船舶造价估算等。从而巩固加深所学专业知识,结合生产实践融汇所学专业知识,提高专业技能,培养工程素质以及独立完成工作的能力。
