英语科听力部分
I．命题指导思想
普通高等学校招生全国统一考试（天津卷）英语科听力测试遵循有助于高等学校选拔人才，有 助于中学推进素质教育和课程改革，有助于考试公正、科学、平稳、有效实施的原则，以《普通高
等学校招生全国统一考试英语考试大纲（课程标准实验版）》为依据，力求贯彻普通高中新课程的理念，反映《普通高中英语课程标准（实验）》对于听力技能培养的相关要求。 II. 考查要求
依据中华人民共和国教育部2003 年颁布的《普通高中英语课程标准（实验）》对于学生听力技能培养目标的界定，2010 年普通高等学校招生全国统一考试（天津卷）英语科听力测试的考查要求为：
一、基本要求
1. 掌握英语语音基础知识以及所学功能意念和话题（见第五部分附录）；
2. 掌握3000 左右单词及400 左右常用短语。具体条目参见《2010 年普通高等学校招生全国统
一考试（天津卷）英语科词汇手册》。 二、听力技能考查目标
考生能够听懂用正常语速朗读的、所熟悉话题的简短对话、独白。在听的过程中，考生应能： （1）获取具体的、事实性信息； （2）理解主旨和要义；
（3）对所听内容及相关信息作出简单的判断和推理； （4）理解说话者的意图、观点和态度等。 III. 测试方式与试卷结构 一、测试方式
2010 年普通高考英语科听力部分将单独组织考试。英语听力考试由A、B 两套试卷组成，采用 同场两套试卷依次播放录音的方式进行，考生可参加两套试卷的考试。
听力测试为闭卷笔试，每套试卷的分值均为20 分。两套试卷在题型、题量及录音材料长度等方
面基本保持一致，每套试卷的考试时间约为20 分钟。两套试卷分别记分，取较高的分数作为考生的英语听力考试成绩计入其高考英语科目考试总分。 二、试卷结构
普通高考英语科听力考试每套试卷分为两节，共由15 小题构成。具体如下：
第一节：共5 小题，每小题1 分。考生将听到5 段简短对话（两个回合以内），要求考生根据
所听到的对话内容，从每题所给的3 个选项中选出一个最佳答案。每段录音材料读一遍。 第二节：共10 小题，每小题1.5 分。考生将听到3 段较长对话（三个回合以上）或独白，要求
考生根据所听到的内容，从每题所给的3 个选项中选出一个最佳答案。每段录音材料读两遍。 录音材料播放时，考生可将答案标在试卷上；每套试卷录音材料播放完毕后，考生都将有2 分 钟的时间将该套试卷上的答案转涂到答题卡的对应位置上。 IV. 参考试卷及录音材料
本部分由试卷A和试卷B两套试卷组成，每套试卷满分为20 分。考生务必将答案涂写在答题 卡的对应位置上，答在试卷上的无效。 试卷A
