1. 工程概况 1.1. 工程简述
某有限公司煤气利用总包项目现拥有1台额定产气110T/H的锅炉,需订购台1台25MW高温高压参数抽汽凝汽式汽轮发电机组。发电机组包括汽轮机、发电机、励磁机及其辅助设备。 1.2. 总体要求
1.2.1 本招标书提出的要求和供货范围是最低限度的技术要求,并未对一切技术细节作出规定,也未充分引述有关标准和规范的条文,乙方保证提供符合本附件和工业标准的、功能齐全的、全新优质产品及优质服务。
1.2.2 供方所提供的产品,是技术和工艺成熟先进,且已设计、制造过多台同类产品,具有十分优良的制造、运行业绩,并经多年连续运行和使用检验证明是成熟可靠的优质产品。
1.2.3机组由投标方总体设计,并对其技术性能、供货质量全面负责。本招标书仅适用于乙方供货的25MW汽轮发电机组,它包括汽轮发电机组本体的功能设计总成(包括轴系设计、控制系统设计等)、制造、成套供货等方面的技术要求。发电机由乙方成套供货,选用国内知名公司成熟产品。
本附件中的汽轮发电机组本体的范围如下:
a)边界1——由锅炉至汽轮机的新蒸汽管道上的自动主汽门; b)边界2——由除氧器至均压箱的汽平衡管上的调节阀组; c)边界3——凝汽器至抽气器的抽气管上的真空破坏阀;
d)边界4——凝汽器至除氧器和凝汽器热井的凝结水管上的调节阀组; e)边界5——外部至凝汽器的脱盐水管上的切断阀门; f)边界6——凝汽器循环冷却水管的法兰接口;
g)边界7——发电机空气冷却器的循环冷却水管的法兰接口; h)边界8——冷油器的循环冷却水管的法兰接口; I )边界9——除氧器用蒸汽接口;
J )边界10——低压加热器抽汽调节阀接口;
