高压快开盲板应力分析设计

摘 要

本次设计的课题是高压快速开关盲板的应力分析。它适用于压力管道或压力容器的圆形开口上并能够实现快速开启和关闭,广泛应用于石油、化工、轻工、建材等工业中。该高压快速开关盲板密封性能好、启动迅速、操作容易、安全可靠以独特的结构在快开盲板系列中优势非常明显,是现今的化工行业中的首选。在本文说明中介绍了有限单元法和有限元分析软件ANSYS;快速开关盲板特点、发展现状以及在石油化工行业中的地位、技术要求、安全使用。

设计的主要任务是对卡带式快开盲板进行应力分析计算和强度校核。在掌握快盲板结构特点和工作原理基础上利用Auto CAD绘制盲板结构图,应用有限元分析方法以及有限元仿真分析软件—ANSYS对盲板进行模拟仿真测试。按照设计参数,充分考虑工作条件和载荷特点选择20节点SOLID95三维实体单元,建立轴对称分析模型。通过对盲板整体应力分析,得出盲板变形和各向的应力及位移分布状况,并按照JB4732—95《钢制压力容器分析设计标准》对平盖、卡带、筒体及连接管道进行强度校核。

High-pressure Band-lock Closure Stress Analysis Design

Abstract

This design topic is the high-pressure band-lock closure stress analysis design. This closure is one kind of suitable for the petroleum, the chemical pipeline pipe-line cleaner transmission tube and the receive tube split-second-selection equipment. With its especial structure, good sealing property, quike opening, easy operating and safety, bandlock closure play an important role in the chemical profession industry. In this article explained the brief summary introduced the finite element method and finite element analysis software ANSYS; Split-second-selection blind board in domestic and foreign development condition as well as in petroleum chemical industry profession status and its specification, safety handling.

Based on the grasping of structure character and principle of operation of the closure, using Auto CAD to draw the drawing of structure and using finite element analysis software ANSYS to analysis the stress and examination the intensity. Based on the design date, according to the operating condition uses 20 pitch points SOLID95 unit to build axial symmetry mechanics model, and has carried on the overall stress analysis to this blind board, obtains stress, displacement distributed condition and the blind board distortion .And defers to JB4732 —95 \To pin down Pressure vessel design standard\to check the board, the bandlock, the tube body and the connection pipeline carries on the

intensity examination.
