二、 Added special requirements for Consignment Supplier
对Consignment(集成供货)供应商的特殊补充要求
2.1 Consignee shall responsible for the consignment parts quality control.
Consignment供应商负责分装零件的质量管理责任。
2.2 According to the CVISDTS, consignee should do the matching and function validation, and submit the information to SGM SQE and PE after first analysis and estimation to support to complete the evaluation and solution of advanced quality and function problem. Establish the audit process to check and validate the integration matching quality and function in launch phase.
在新项目开发阶段，Consignment供应商根据产品的CVISDTS，对整个总成进行匹配、功能验证，并进行问题初步分析和判定，将匹配、功能信息及时传递给SGM SQE和PE，协助完成前期质量和功能问题的评估和解决。在新产品LAUNCH阶段，建立产品AUDIT流程，评审、检验总成的匹配质量和功能。
2.3 During new program launch phase, any part quality and function problem of SGM purchasing parts should be alarmed by consignee, and should be record to single issue list, which is the audit content of quality valve.
在新项目开发阶段，Consignment供应商应将SGM采购零件的质量和功能问题及时提交SGM报警，并将此类零部件质量和功能问题列入单一问题清单，作为项目各质量阀的评审内容。
2.4 Consignee shall perform SGM parts unboxing job with the requirements of <Operation process and management rules of consignment>
Consignment供应商如需要对SGM提供的零件进行开箱操作，则Consignment供应商应严格按照《consignment供应商操作方法及管理制度》执行。
2.5 If SGM imported parts happen quality problem, consignee should do the analysis job to investigate the problem and take sorting, reworking job for SGM parts normally no more than 48 hours until the part after BP arrived from SGM; if SGM provided local parts (consignee directly pulled from local supplier) happen quality problem, the disposal is same with imported parts, but the local supplier should take the sorted and reworked job cost .
SGM提供的进口件发生问题，Consignment供应商应进行问题的分析调查,并开展筛选,返修工作直至SGM提供的断点零件到达为止，一般不超过48小时，若SGM提供（或Consignment供应商自行拉动）的国产零件发生质量问题，操作如上，但筛选以及返工的费用由国产件供应商支付。
2.6 The integration part that has been reworked must have an identifier in the manufacturing, so SGM control it easy.
经过返工过的集成零件必须在装配单上用标识显示出来，以便SGM跟踪。
2.7 The consignee must manage EWO and control consignment parts status in his plant. It’s also his responsibility to organize PTR ,control BP and feed back to SGM on time
Consignment供应商必须组织执行consignment零件在其装配厂内的状态更改或EWO工作,并组织PTR实施,控制断点,及时跟踪反馈相关信息.
2.8 According to the quality problem of those parts which provided by SGM, consignee will release quality problem reports. After validating, SGM SQE responsible for tie1 parts release the PR&R or CS to correlative supplier and meantime inform SGM SQE responsible for Consignment
Supplier .Consignee has the responsibility to follow the efficiency of the corrective action and feedback to SGM SQE responsible for tie1 parts and meantime inform SGM SQE responsible for Consignment Supplier.
对于SGM提供的零件出现质量问题，Consignment供应商应填写相关质量问题报告，交主管该一级零件的SQE审核，由主管该一级零件的SQE向供应商发出PRR报告或受控发运，同时通知主管该Consignment供应商的SQE。 Consignment供应商负责跟踪措施有效性并反馈给SGM 主管该一级零件的SQE， 同时通知主管该Consignment供应商的SQE。
