工程项目风险管理研究
摘 要
随着世界经济的高速发展和科学技术的不断进步，市场竞争的日益激烈，工程项目面临的风险和不确定因素愈发增多。因此，对建设工程项目的潜在风险进行识别、分类、评价、决策和响应控制己成为各建设项目主体的一项迫切任务。本课题研究的意义在于通过对项目风险的识别、分析和评价，提出风险控制措施，便于项目管理者的实际运用。
本文主要采用文献研究和实地调研相结合的方法。文献研究法是指通过查阅、收集、分析、综合有关科研文献材料，获取所需利用的信息、知识、数据和观点的研究方法。论文通过检索、查找、复制等多种文献信息、收集途径和方法，对利益相关者理论、博弈论、工程项目风险管理等理论与应用现状进行了研究，并在此基础上提出了论文研究主题：工程项目风险管理研究。
风险识别、风险分析、风险评价和风险应对是工程项目风险管理的系统地动态过程，每一个环节都直接影响着其他环节的发展。风险识别是工程项目风险管理的基础，风险分析和风险评价是工程项目风险管理的关键，而风险应对则是工程项目风险管理的核心。本文共五个章节，简要介绍了风险识别、分析和评价的基本理论，并详细的分析了识别、分析和评价的方法。在工程项目风险管理的每个环节中，都要结合工程的实际情况，选择最佳的方法，最后计算出工程项目潜在风险发生概率和影响程度，这样才能为风险防范措施的选择提供可靠的依据。

Abstraet
With the development of the rapid development of the world economy and science and technology, the increasingly fierce market competition, project risk and uncertainty has increased. Therefore, the potential risks to the construction project identification, classification, evaluation, decision-making and response control has become an urgent task for the construction project subject. The significance of this study is through the identification, analysis and evaluation of the project risk, risk control measures are proposed, the practical application for project managers.
This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research and field investigation combined. Literature research method is through inspection, collection, analysis, synthesis of relevant research literature, research methods, data information, knowledge and ideas to obtain the required by the. The collection way and method by searching, searching, copying and other documents, information, status of the research on the theory and application of stakeholder theory, game theory, project risk management, and puts forward the research topic: Research on risk management of Engineering project。
Risk identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and risk response is the systematic dynamic project risk management process, every link directly affects the development of other link. Risk identification is the basis of project risk management, risk analysis and risk assessment is a key engineering project risk management, and risk response is the core of risk management in engineering project. This paper consists of five chapters, introduces briefly the basic theory of risk identification, analysis and evaluation, and detailed analysis of the method of identification, analysis

and evaluation. In each link of the project risk management, should be combined with the actual situation of engineering, to select the best method, and finally calculate the probability and impact of potential risk of engineering projects, so as to provide a reliable basis for the selection of risk prevention measures.
