随着科学技术的不断发展,医院功能逐渐由单纯的医疗发展为诊断、治疗、

护理、人才培训、科学研究、社会预防与保健等多种功能。现代医学也有了长足 的进步,新设备和新技术不断出现,从而要求现代化医院建筑在设计理念上也要 进行与之适应的创新与发展。

医院综合楼建筑给排水的设计,不仅要从医院的建筑功能上做考虑,还要符 合医院的实际使用要求,而且必须安全可靠。给排水设计所涉及的各项内容,既 要考虑医院各设备的使用差异性、特殊性,又要考虑其共同性、合理性,利用有 限资源,降低有限成本。面对这样一个技术和设备与时俱进的时代,医疗建筑的 消防设计内容日见复杂和全面,使得对消防保护措施的设计与运用,有了更高一 步的要求。

本文结合医院综合楼建筑的特点,分别从医院综合楼建筑给水系统,排水系

统,消防系统几个方面进行了研究。医院综合楼建筑给排水系统侧重于给排水管 道的布置和管材的选择,并提出了防止交叉感染的措施。给水系统尤其侧重于医 用集中供水系统的研究,对医用纯水的发展历程和医用集中供水系统的进行了介 绍,医用集中供水系统与单科室独立供水比较,不但可以提高医院纯水使用质量, 提升医院设备管理水平和效率,而且该系统本身的性价比比较高,因此医院综合 楼建筑纯水供应采用医用集中供水系统是一种必然趋势。

医院综合楼建筑消防系统研究侧重于解决医院手术、医院贵重设备房等消防 存在的问题,提出比较经济、安全、行之有效的消防保护措施。对医院综合楼建 筑常规的消防系统进行了简单的介绍,对细水雾灭火系统进行深入的研究。通过 对手术室的火灾危险性和消防方式的分析,医院贵重设备房的火灾原因及特点分 析,医院贵重设备房中七氟丙烷灭火系统与高压细水雾灭火系统的比较,高压细 水雾灭火系统应用于医院综合建筑的手术室和贵重设备房等消防保护,在技术上 是可行的,经济上是合理的,而且安全有效。

本文最后通过一个工程实例,对医院综合楼建筑采用医用集中供水系统和高 压细水雾灭火系统应用于医院手术室、贵重设备房、柴油发电机房和变配电室进 行了验证,详细介绍了系统的设计,为设计者在实际工作中提供参考。

ABSTRACT

With the continuous development of science and technology, the hospital has

developed gradually from having just simple function to multifunction which include diagnosis, treatment, nursing, personnel training, scientific research, social prevention, health care, and etc. Modern medicine has achieved a considerable progress with constantly emerging of new equipment and new technologies. Therefore, innovation and development need be adapt to requirements of modern hospital building in design concept.

As for the design of water supply and drainage system of hospital complex

building, it is absolutely that not only from the perspective of function of hospital building but also for the sake of the requirements of hospital practical use. The design of water supply and drainage engineering refers to various aspects considering both the different equipment’s diversity and particularity in usage, and its concomitant, reasonableness in order to utilize limited resources and to reduce limited cost. Facing up to the era of developing and changing technologies and devices, the design of fire protection system has to become complicated and comprehensive day by day so that the requirements of design and use for fire protecting has been lifted.

According to the characteristics of the general hospital building, the study on water

supply system, drainage systems and fire systems is presented in this paper separately. This study consists of hospital complex building water supply and drainage system which focuses on the selection to the layout of the pipe material and also puts forward measures to prevent cross-infection. The study of water supply system particularly lays emphasis on medical centralized water supply system, by reviewing the course of development of the medical pure water, introducing medical centralized water supply system. And by comparing with single department water in technology and economy, it is revealed that medical centralized water supply system will not only improve the quality of hospital water use, but also enhance the management level and efficiency of hospital equipment who has a relatively high cost. In all, it is an inevitable trend to use water supply medical centralized water supply system in the general hospital building.

Furthermore, the study of the general hospital building fire protection system

particularly puts emphasis on solving the fire-fighting problems which are existing in hospital surgery and hospital valuable equipment room, and meanwhile puts forward

more economical, safe, effective fire protection measures. By the brief introduction of the general hospital building fire system, the study of the high-pressure water mist system in depth is performed. Through the analysis of firefighting way of the operating room in the general hospital building and comparison between heptafluoropropane fire extinction system and water mist system, it is demonstrated that water mist system application on the operating room of the general hospital building and expensive equipment room fire protection is technically feasible, economically justified, safe and effective.

Combined with an engineering example, it is verified that the application of the

centralized water supply system in the general hospital building and high-pressure water mist fire suppression system in hospital operating rooms, the valuable equipment room, diesel generator room and variable power distribution room is reliable and feasible. In the meantime, design of the system is introduced in details. The works above could provide a reference for designers in practice.
