鱼跃医疗企业核心竞争力研究
摘 要
企业核心竞争力是企业的生命线，是企业运行、发展的动力源。当今企业间的竞争已经进入全球化的时代，企业经营环境的复杂性和不稳定性达到了前所未有的程度，激烈的竞争要求企业具有比竞争对手更加卓有成效地从事生产经营活动和解决各种困难的能力，要求企业必须具备其对手无法匹敌的竞争优势，要求企业必须建立自己独特的竞争优势，要求企业从根本上重新考虑自己的公司战略和竞争战略问题。在市场竞争弱化的条件下，一个企业也许还可以凭借机遇赢得暂时优势。但是，到了竞争白热化的时代，没有核心竞争力的企业就好比航船没有了持续的动力，搁浅和沉没是迟早的事情。本文通过对鱼跃医疗公司的核心竞争力发展现状的分析，从而分析出企业在发展核心竞争力方面存在的一些问题，并提出相应的对策。通过我提出的提高核心竞争力研究，企业在技术上增强了持久的研发能力，提高了企业竞争力。

YuYue medical enterprise core competitiveness research
Abstract
The core competitiveness of enterprises is the lifeblood of enterprise operation, the development of the power source. Competition among enterprises today has entered the era of globalization, the complexity of the business environment, and instability reached an unprecedented level of intense competition requirements more effectively than competitors to engage in production and business activities and solve a variety of difficult ability to require the enterprises must have its opponents unmatched competitive advantage, companies must create their own unique competitive advantage, companies fundamentally rethink their corporate strategy and competitive strategy. Weakening the conditions of competition in the market, a business may also win a temporary advantage by virtue of opportunity. However, to the era of intense competition, the core competitiveness of enterprises like the ship without continuous power, ran aground and sank sooner or later. In this paper, the analysis of the development status of the the diving medical company's core competitiveness, to analyze some of the problems of the enterprises in the development of core competencies, and propose appropriate countermeasures. I propose to improve the core competitiveness in technology enhanced persistent research and development capabilities, to improve the competitiveness of enterprises
