利本位、权力制约、法律至上和人民主权等这些经典法治理念，正是中国国民应当信仰的，国家应当采取各种方式和途径弘扬这些经典的法治理念，将这些法治理念融入到国民的血液之中，提高国民的法律意识。唯有以此为基础，中国的法治建设才能走得更长远。

1649 England's Puritan reform; the third stage of the French Revolution and the period before the founding of the United States. Classical natural law theory includes the state of nature theory, interpretation of natural law, rationalism and the social contract theory and so on. Classical natural law of Western history and the rule of law have brought a huge impact, while the rule of law in China also has great significance as reference.
