摘 要
本次毕业设计课题为华润中央公园3#招标文件楼招标文件的编制。该工程为框架结构。首先经过老师的指导跟自己查找相关资料,熟练掌握了招标文件的编制流程以及工程量清单计价的方法,按照毕业设计任务书的要求,运用所学的专业知识,最终完成了资料的收集汇总,招标文件的逐次编制,到工程量清单的计算及编制。
通过本次课题研究,我详细掌握了招标文件的组成内容和编制方法,了解了工程量清单计价的相关规范。正是因为此次的毕业设计,锻炼了自己的动手能力跟创新思维,增长了自己的实践经验,提高了自身解决困难的能力,为以后的经历打下良好的基础。

The graduation project topic is the compilation of bidding documents about No
3# building of the project of HUARUN CENTRAI PARK . The project is the frame structure. First, after the teacher's guidance to find relevant information with their own, mastered the process and preparation of tender documents BOQ valuation method, in accordance with the requirements of graduation design task book, apply their expertise to the final completion of the data collection summary successive preparation of tender documents, to BOQ computation and compilation.
Through this research, I have mastered the tender documents in detail the composition of content and methodology, to understand the Bill of Quantities relevant norms. It is precisely because of this graduation design, exercise their ability with innovative thinking, increase their experience and improve their problem-solving abilities, experience for the future and lay a good foundation.
