摘要
在经济全球化的今天,人才对企业的发展越来越重要。为了使企业在激烈的市场竞争中实现经济效益的提高和企业的可持续发展,就要保证企业在发展中具有充足的人力资源。企业人力资源规划是实现企业长远发展人力资源供给的重要方法。企业人力资源规划要与企业的长远发展战略相适应,要能够为企业的长远发展战略提供充足的人力资源。只有在企业中建立完善的企业人力资源规划体系,才能保证企业人力资源规划的质量,提高企业人力资源规划的技术水平,从而保证企业的可持续发展。
本文以中国移动沈阳分公司为研究对象,对企业人力资源规划进行相关的研究和分析。通过实地从调查和分析,提出自己对企业人力资源规划的意见和建议。本论文主要有五部分组成。第一部分是引言,主要提出本论文研究的主要问题、研究意义及研究方法。第二部分是人力资源规划理论研究。对相关的人力资源规划的理论进行研究。第三部分是沈阳分公司人力资源现状分析。介绍公司基本情况和企业人力资源现状。第四部分是沈阳分公司在人力资源规划中存在问题。第五部分是改善沈阳分公司人力资源规划现状措施。

Abstract
In the economic globalization today, people more and more important for the development of enterprises. In order to enable enterprises to achieve economic improvement and sustainable development of enterprises in the fierce competition in the market, it is necessary to ensure that enterprises have adequate human resources development. Human Resource planning is an important way to achieve long-term development of human resources supply. Corporate human resources planning and long-term development strategy of enterprises to adapt, to be able to provide sufficient human resources for the long-term development strategy of enterprises. Only by establishing businesses in the enterprise to improve human resource planning system in order to guarantee the quality of human resource planning, human resource planning and improving the skill level, so as to ensure sustainable development of enterprises.
In this paper, the Shenyang branch of China Mobile for the study of corporate human resources planning related research and analysis. Through the field from the survey and analysis, put forward their views and suggestions on the corporate human resource planning. This thesis consists of five parts.
