情况三：AC和AP上都创建BSS成功，但AC上WLAN-DBSS状态是down；
AC看AP关联成功BSS Count不为0；AP上看一切正常，beacon帧正常发送，因此Station是可以搜到AP的。但由于AC上BSS对应的WLAN-DBSS端口的状态却是down，所以Station的关联请求是无法成功的。

情况四：AC上创建BSS失败，AP上创建BSS也失败；
AC上看AP关联成功但BSS Count为0，AP上看BSS也不存在，beacon帧也不发送，因此Station无法搜到AP。
2.11.2 处理方法
此问题出现的条件为在大量AP同时上线。
该问题在B58D020之前的版本（不含B58D020）会小概率出现。
情况二、三、四是好判断的，在AC上显示出所有AP的详细信息，搜索BSS Count为0的AP或者display brief interface即能找到问题AP，通过reset wlan ap xxx重启问题AP即可。
情况一无法在AC上一下子判断出来，当有用户投诉搜不到AP时应当怀疑此问题可能发生。Telnet到对应AP进行确认，然后reset wlan ap xxx重启问题AP。如果大批量AP都有人投诉的话，直接分批次重启所有AP。

2.12 WA1208E “AP序列号多个冒号”造成AP无法注册成功
问题表现：
按照AP设备标签的序列号进行配置后，AP无法成功注册到控制器设备，通过调试信息或者AP上执行display manuinfo发现AP的序列号最前面多了一个“:”。
经过确定，只有2008年5月或者6月生产1000台WA1208E设备中的少量设备可能存在该问题。
2.12.1 原因及判断方法
该问题的原因为：该部分的WA1208E（大约不超过1000台）在V3升级到V5过程中，需要手动设置设备的序列号，部分人员操作出现问题，错误的在序列号前面增加了一个“:”，而控制器上面配置的序列号没有“:”，最终配置不匹配导致AP无法注册成功
当出现AP注册不成功，而且AP为WA1208E设备，可以通过下面两种方法确认是否为该问题： 方法1：
在AC上通过“debugging wlan lwapp event/error”调试开关可以收集没有注册成功的AP信息，注意观察对应的序列号，如果序列号前面多了“:”则为该问题：

方法2：
直接访问AP设备，执行“display manuinfo”确认序列号是否多“:” ，例如，下面蓝色的部分信息显示序列号多了一个“:”：

2.12.2 处理方法
方法一：在控制器上按照错误的序列号配置，保证AP注册成功，只要注册成功，不会影响AP的正常业务。例如：

方法二：可以通过相关命令修改设备的序列号，下面为具体操作过程：
1) 在AP设备获取当前的manuinfo信息

2) 从AP上下载manuinfo.txt文件并将文件中的所有序列号进行修改，删除“:”; 3) 将修改后的manuinfo.txt文件上传到AP设备；
4) 执行命令修改设备的序列号，然后重新启动AP（注意此时要修改控制器的对应的配置）
