So some people are aware of it, some do not. Therefore, knowing his motivation is helpful for people in nowadays. Learning from the case of Dr. Jekyll, avoiding the similar tragedy with him, facing the conflicts and contradiction positively, finding out a proper way to mediate or solve them, and caring for psychology and mentality are important for people. And they are the significance of this thesis.
